Our Journey started in 2014
Andy’s journey began as a driver. This then progressed into being an owner driver, followed by a small haulier, with the simple ethos that ‘it had to be right. This progressed to working with multi-nationals and respected industry leaders in the logistics sector. After success within the haulage industry, Andy believed that the training sector needed a new focus on not just delivering the training, but supporting the candidates further to integrate them into a demanding industry. Historically, the industry looked for more experienced drivers rather than the new blood that it required. The company was established by Andy in 2014 on a part-time basis, delivering the occasional periodic CPC course and driver training for just one candidate a week.
Present Day
Our fleet now includes 5 Volvo Artic FH500 trucks, 2 Volvo Rigids, a Volvo coach, a minibus and a C1 Van. We have our own approved and accredited 3A Reverse area and are an NRI exam Centre with 2 fully equipped training rooms to cover all aspects of your training needs. Our classroom courses include the 7-hour Periodic Driver CPC, Transport Manager training and ADR (hazardous goods training) and are all available from our onsite training facility. We have a dedicated team of instructors and office staff that include Transport Managers, an ex DVSA examiner along with ex-military personnel. We are also proud to have been awarded the bronze and more recently the silver awards as part of the Armed Forces Employers Recognition scheme . As a company, we are always on the lookout to introduce new training aspects to the portfolio and with the introduction of a new staff member who joined us in September 2025, this allowed the introduction of FLT and manual handling training to the business.

As Office Manager, I handle everything from medicals to driving test bookings. No two days are the same, and I’m always happy to chat and guide you through your options.

As a former DVSA Examiner, I now instruct and assess as an accredited 3A Examiner and Mod 4 Assessor. I'm a fluent Welsh speaker, with English as my second language.

I’m almost a year old and live with Andy and Nikki. As Head of Security, I greet visitors, love cardboard, play football, and unwind with swims in local ponds.
Mike Williams

Mike is an RTITB-qualified LGV Driving Assessor and Instructor with over 35 years of transport industry experience, specialising in licence acquisition training and fuel-efficient driving techniques.
Harry Hillier
Instructor
After serving in the Royal Engineers, I now work as an NRI HGV Instructor. I also teach Transport Manager CPC and assess as a DVSA 3A Examiner, Mod 4, and RTITB CPC Instructor.
